The Drill Tennis Club Facilities
1. By signing this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have accepted and entered into this Agreement with THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED, and that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement. All rights and obligations shall take effect from the date of signing this Agreement. You also acknowledge that you are bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2. You are entitled to use your private training course (“Course”) only after you have paid the total package fee in full.
3. Non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments made for the purchase of a Course/rental of the venue are only valid for that project. They cannot be used to offset any other account balance you have with THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED or any amounts payable by THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED.
4. As part of our services, you may be asked if you would like some of the Courses filmed so that you can see your progress in practice. You hereby agree to allow THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED to film you.
5. Please read all operating instructions carefully before use and comply with relevant safety guidelines.
6. Changes or Cancellations
Please be sure to notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to notify us in time, The Drill Tennis will charge for the day of your appointment.
Disclaimer
You warrant and represent that you are in good health and that there are no medical reasons or injuries that could prevent you from using THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED facilities and classes. You acknowledge that THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED did not provide you with any medical advice prior to your purchase of the class and understand that THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED cannot provide you with any advice or consultation regarding your physical condition and/or ability to use the facilities at any time. If you have any health or medical problems now or after purchasing the class, you should consult your doctor before using the facilities or classes. You agree that it is your personal responsibility to ensure you are in good health and physical condition before starting any exercise program, and that you should ensure that such exercise programs are conducted in a safe and prudent manner.
Using the facilities or classes of THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED naturally carries the risk of injury, whether caused by you or others. Specific risks vary by activity and range from minor to serious injuries, including catastrophic injuries such as death. By participating in the activities, facilities, and courses offered by THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED, you understand and voluntarily accept this risk and agree that THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and independent contractors shall, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any injury caused to you or your spouse, including but not limited to personal, physical or emotional injury, financial loss, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damages, to guests, unborn children, or relatives, arising out of the actions or negligence of THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED or any person acting on behalf of THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED or any person using the facilities (whether or not in connection with the workout). Furthermore, you understand and acknowledge that THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED does not manufacture other equipment in its facilities but rather purchases and/or leases equipment. You understand and acknowledge that THE DRILL TENNIS CLUB LIMITED provides services and is not liable for defective products.
The venue reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. The modified terms will be published on the venue's official website or in a prominent location and will take effect from the date of publication.
